Social Media Intern → Social Media Coordinator | 2019 – 2020
These samples highlight social content I created while managing the museum’s day-to-day digital presence. In addition to planning and scheduling posts aligned with exhibitions and programs, I spearheaded a full Pinterest refresh that led to a 12.6% increase in followers.
Beyond content creation, I researched platform trends, authored monthly Social Media Board Reports and Reputation Reports reviewed by the museum’s chairwoman and board members, and collaborated with the marketing team to build regional and national influencer databases. I also wrote and submitted public service announcements (PSAs) to local radio stations to drive event awareness and increase community reach.
